Epicor Compass data export

  1. Open Epicor Compass admin panel.
  2. Create analytics query for “daily” exports.

    Navigate to “Analytics”

    Rename columns, if you are using non-default names
    ‣
    Filter stores
    ‣
    Make sure no other filters are applied. E.g. QOH may have “sum” aggregation. There should be none.

  6. Create analytics query for “hourly” exports. Same as “daily”, but different columns.

    ⚠️ Item Number and Item Description must originate from the Item Dimension. Just drag and drop it - it will create both  Item Number and Item Description .
    ‣
    Hide Item Description from the hourly export: right click it, then “Hide Item Description”
  7. Create Scheduled Task for “hourly” schedule. Same as “daily”, but name the file “hourly”. Consider scheduling only the business hours. E.g. every hour from 7am to 7pm.
